Airmont manufactures custom environmentally controlled Clean Rooms, also known as Laminar Air Flow Rooms, for use in Industrial Testing Manufacturing and Life Science Applications. We offer great flexibility in the physical size and layout of our custom clean rooms. We can provide an optional air lock that acts as a buffer zone between the clean room and the outside atmosphere. Airmont's experience in refrigeration and air conditioning technologies allow us to design and manufacture rooms that can operate in a wide temperature range on a continuous basis. These systems can be supplied with temperature and humidity controls.

In response to the ever-increasing demands for higher standards for clean areas in different industrial sectors such as Pharmaceuticals, Hospitals, Food, Optics, Micro-electronics, etc., QCLASS has developed an integral system that solves the problems of cleanroom construction by introducing an innovative system based on modular panels.

The QCLASS Modular Panel System for cleanrooms has unique characteristics introducing a new concept in modular construction. The system defines a new standard characterized by a quick, clean, durable and flexible construction system allowing excellent adaptability to the necessity of immediate or future changes.

QClass have developed and patented a Modular Panel System constructed of a reinforced plastic shell filled with polyurethane. The QClass System is specifically designed for the requirements of clean areas.

Room Construction

Self supporting panels with sterilization, impermeabilization and thermal characteristics, quickly assembled and fixed, with higher structural resistance; useful to form different areas that need to heat and sanitary isolated, including stores and laboratories, hospitals and other sterilized places. Their external surfaces are perfectly smooth, sterilized and wash resistant. They have a dovetail assembly system and superior-interior concave round edges which can be easily cleaned, forming perfectly hermetic walls, removing edging borders and filtrations between ceiling, panels and floor. They have a simple and safe system to fix ceiling panels and floor. Additionally, they are fixed to different intersection parts, forming concave round edging corners, avoiding edging borders between walls and obtaining different wall distribution combinations. In some panels, it can be included in general installations; in others, door closings and thermal windows close to smooth panel surfaces; and in others, superior and interior concave projecting edges can be laterally extended in order to be joined to existing walls.

Conditioning & Filtration Equipment

Airmont HVAC Systems are designed and manufactured to fit your needs; Airmont will supply a single or multi stage refrigeration system, in either water cooled or air cooled. All refrigeration systems will utilize proportional control valves to provide precise control. Chilled water systems are also available.

Airmont offers an air handling systems specifically designed for clean room applications. Airmont utilizes 99.999% HEPA Ceiling; Terminal Modules. A clean room T-grid ceiling with either gasketed or Gel seals is used to insure that all of the air passes through the HEPA filters. Low wall returns or raised perforated floors are used to provide excellent airflow uniformity inside the room. We can also provide curved corner HEPA Terminal unites to reduce total airflow and costs without sacrificing perfomance.
